We have been making a similar version of these for years, they are so good as burgers, on wraps, with salad or even with some sautéed veggies for breakfast! Be sure to bookmark this page to make this delicious recipe yourself!
You'll need:
500g chicken or turkey mince
1/2 cup oat flour (blitz whole oats in a blender)
Fresh herbs (optional, I used fenugreek)
1 carrot, grated
1 egg
1 tsp cajun spice
Salt & pepper
Form into patties and pan fry in oil on each side for a few minutes over medium-high heat until cooked. I like to pop the lid on once they're in the pan (each side) to help them cook through.
Dish up and enjoy!
