Service Description

In this consultation, we get to know as much about you as possible! We dive deep into the history and nature of your symptoms, your health and your goals, as well as any medications or supplements you're taking, plus insight into your daily food intake. This is an information gathering consult, helping us to piece together your symptoms and underlying patterns that can lead us to the root cause of your symptoms. From here, you'll receive a Wellness Plan to get started with while we wait for any test results. Testing is generally required which may involve a referral letter to your GP for blood tests, or privately ordering functional tests (which will be discussed with you in your consultation). We will discuss your results in the first follow up consult, along with your Wellness Plan.
